Biography
Philias was born August 10, 1890 at Rogersville, New Brunswick, son of Simon Bourque and Domithild.[1]. He was living with his father, siblings and step-mother Madeleine and several sister-in-laws in 1911.[2][3] Note on his death certificate his biorth was given as July 11, 1889 (Parents Simon Bourque and Mary Des Roche).
He lived his whole life in Rogerville, and died in Chatham on June 12, 1968. His brother David was the informant, he was reported as single (not married or widowed).[4]

Research Note
Cannot access the headstone link on this profile. Did not find any record for a Philias Bourque who died in 1960 in Find A Grave, Family Search or New Brunswick Archives. The above referenced Death cert has a different birthdate and mother is Mary, not Domithild as well as a different death date. He did have a brother Joseph David. So I left the parents uncertain until more information can be confirmed.
No marriage found for him in New Brunswick Archives or Family Search.
