Biography
Josiah was born in 1752 at Warren, Rhode Island, the son of James Bowen and Ann Thurber[1].
Josiah married Ann Haile, daughter of Richard and Hannah (Phinney) Haile, in 1772 at Warren[2]. Children:[3]
