Biography
Legal scholar and former Dean of Law of the University of Alberta, he served his profession and academia for approximately 50 years, during which time he has provided counsel to successive governments of Alberta regarding public law and constitutional matters. He has also made invaluable contributions to law reform and legal research as Director Emeritus of the Alberta Institute of Law Research and Reform.
