Carter Braxton was born in 1764. He was the son of Carter Braxton (signer of the Declaration of Independence) and Elizabeth Corbin.[1]
Carter married Sarah Scandrett Moore of "Chelsea" in Essex County, Virginia.[1]
He passed away in 1809.
