Biography

Keziah was born on October 16th, 1704. She is the daughter of Samuel Breed and Anna Hood. ^[1][2]

On December 8th, 1724 she married Samuel Newhall. ^[3] They had the following children:

1. Anna, born 27 Oct 1725^[4]
2. Elizabeth, born 7 Mar 1727/8^[4]
3. Sarah, born 20 Aug 1730^[4]
4. Lidia, born 14 Jan 1732/3^[4]
5. Pharaoh, born 15 Feb 1734/5^[4]
6. Abijah, born 15 Feb 1736/7^[4]
7. Abigail, born 4 Mar 1738/9^[4]
8. Daniel, born 4 Feb 1740/41^[4]
9. Rebecca, born 28 Oct 1743^[4]
10. Ruth, born 12 Oct 1746^[4][5]

Keziah passed away on October 9th, 1748, although the Records of the Salem Monthly Meeting, Society of Friends, recorded the year as 1749. ^[3]
