Claude was born about 1697. He is the son of François Brossard and Catherine Richard. He passed away about 1763. Claude was on the British ship "Dolphin" which carried 230 passengers from Acadia destined for Port Tobacco and Upper Marlborough, Maryland Colony.[1]
Claude was about 6 months old when the census was taken in 1698 at Port-Royal. In 1700 he was listed as 5 years old [sic] and in 1701 3 years old. In 1763, Claude was on the census of Upper Marlboro, Maryland Colony.[2]
