Robert Harry Brown was born on 23 Nov 1895 in Day Township, Algoma, Ontario, Canada. He was the son of Joseph Brown and Agnes Dunn. ^[1]

At the age of 5, Harry appeared in the 1901 Census of Canada in Parkinson, Algoma District. His birth date was shown as 23 Nov 1895. ^[2]

At the age of 15, Robert H appeared in the 1911 Census of Canada as the step-son of William Black in Grassett, Algoma, Ontario. ^[3]

Robert Harry Brown married Mabel Margaret Marshall on 29 Mar 1926 in Owen Sound, Grey, Ontario. Robert was 30 years old (b~1896). His parents were shown as Joseph Brown and Agnes Dunn. Mabel was 21 years old. Her parents were Chas Frederick Marshall and Francis Isabel McBain. ^[4]
