Brown-73960 and Brown-8073 appear to represent the same person because: All of the data match except for the spelling of his birthplace. At the time of his birth the place was named Attleborough. Almost two centuries later the U.S. government simplified the spelling to Attleboro, but his birthplace should be shown as Attleborough.
