Biography
Norman Chirnside Cairncross was born in 1900 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, the son of Elizabeth Cairncross and William Black Cairncross.[1]
He married Lily Douglas in 1923 in Victoria.[2]
Norman died in May 1981 in Coburg, Victoria[3] and was buried on 13 May 1981 at the Fawkner Memorial Park, Fawkner, Moreland City, Victoria, Australia[4].
