Biography

Isaac was born about 1724 in Somerset County, Maryland. His parents were John Calloway and Mary Gould.

He married Mary Barrett about 1747 in Somerset County, Maryland, British Colonial America. According to Ancestry Family Trees, they had 9 children: Jane (1748-), Patience (1749-1815), Edward (1751-), Edward (1755-), Isaac Jr. (1755-1810), Lowder (1762-1834), David, Daughter, and Eunice Anne.

In 1848 the family was living in Militia, Somerset County, Maryland.[1]

Isaac was a member of the Somerset County Maryland militia under the command of Capt. Nathaniel Waller in 1748 and 1749.[3]

He passed away about 1768 in Somerset County, Maryland.[2]
