Campbell Carey, married William Scott, occupation Coal Miner, bachelor, age 27 years, residence Barrs Land, Main Street, Bellshill. father: Robert aka Richard Scott, occupation Colliery Labourer, mother Ann m.s. McGowan. Witnesses Patrick Kilrane & Theresa's sister Lizzie Carey . [1]

1901 July the couple give birth to their 1st known child, Annie Scott, residence at time of birth Muirmadkin, Kings Land, Bellshill.
Theresa Scott went back to her homeland possibly to see her family.
1913 Theresa Scott, age 36 years, died in Carrycowan, Ireland, her death was due to as recorded Malignant disease of Stomach of which she had for 6 months. Informant at her death was her brother in-law Daniel Campbell [3]
