In 1930, Wellam S (sic?) (32) and Jessie (30), who had been married for about 4 years, were living at 1601 Cedar Street in Colfax, Whitman, Washington, USA. A niece, Nedra Rogers (11), who had been born in Oregon and was attending school, was also living with them. Circumstances not yet known. Nedra's father was shown as having been born in Portugal; her mother in Kansas.^[3]
