Biography
Coomer (1893) acknowledges that her given name is not currently known. He then proceeds to give her the name "Reliance". That name now appears in more than 100 family trees on Ancestry.com. Furthermore, he asserts that her son Benjamin Coomer was orphaned at an early age, which is incompatible with the assertion in many of those family trees that she and her husband, also named Benjamin, died in old age in 1817.
