Biography
Hector Russell CLARK was previously recorded as the son of James CLARK & Anne Jane PARRY - but they would more likely be his grandparents - they are the parents of Rubina Rebecca CLARK (the mother named on his birth registration - no father recorded).
It would appear that Hector was raised by his grandparents as he was born several years before Rubina was married.
His grandmother Anne Jane CLARK nee PARRY was age 50 years (nearly 51 !!!) when he was born - 12 years after the birth of her last child.
