Sanford Alexander Cline was born around 1861 in Forsyth County, North Carolina. His parents were Eli Cline Cline-2451 and Nancy Shelton Cline Shelton-2899. As an adult he worked as a carpenter, building houses. He lived in Pfafftown, Forsyth County, North Carolina. He died on 28 August 1916 of Addisons Disease. [1]
