Biography
Nathaniel was born in 1692. He was the son of Nathaniel Coddington and Susanna Hutchinson. He was christened on 6 Jun 1696 at Bristol, Bristol, MA Bay. He passed away after 1721. First-hand information as remembered by Susan Tye, Saturday, April 26, 2014.
He married Hope Brown on 20 Mar 1719 at Newport, Newport, RI
Cause of Death: Explosion (he is said to be buried at Coddington Burial Ground at Newport, Newport, RI but there is no F.A.G. Memorial for him) "...the unhappy accident that happened ye 19 Sept. 44 of Mr. Grant Gidley, N. Codington, and a stranger being blown up by gunpowder in a ware house by which they all lost their lifes".
