Rufus Collins and Ann Jane Green Collins[1]. In 1900 he lived in Cobbtown, Tattnall County, Georgia with his parents[2].
He married Corrine Caraway about 1906.
He registered for the draft for World War I, naming his wife as next of kin, his occupation farming, and his physical description as tall, medium build, with grey eyes and brown hair[3].
