JOHN Corwin was born in 1735 and died 22 Dec 1817. He married 1) Sarah Hubbard. 20 Mar 1755. She was born in 1731 and died 28 Dec 1763 (her tombstone is at Mattituck) ; (2) Deborah Brown, 9 Sep1767. She was born in 1733, and died 22 Feb 1823. His children are listed as :

He inherited the homestead of his father at Mattituck. He was an eminent " deacon" in the church there.^[1]

John Corwin was born in 1735 in Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, and died there 22 Feb 1817 (aged 81–82). He was buried in the Old Bethany Cemetery in Mattituck.,
