- his son 15th H.L.I. who died of wounds at casualty clearing station France 17th May 1918 aged 19 years.
- Pte. GAVIN A. COWAN M.T.A.S.C.
- who died 22nd June 1918 aged 22 years.
- AGNES ADAMSON
- wife of the above WILLIAM COWAN died 29th Jan 1945 aged 81 years.
- MARY ADAMSON COWAN
- daughter died 28th Dec 1953 aged 59 years."
