Deed Book 6, page 147, Courthouse, Henry County, VA. Jan. 21, 1799, Henry Co. VA Charles Cox conveys to Charles Cox, Jr. 80 acres on his home tract, which is located on Turkey Pen Branch, bounded by Thomas Cox’s line. Since Charles Cox I died in 1790, this must be Charles Cox II and III.^[3]
