The Late Mrs. Tress. Her very large circle of friends will be grieved to learn of the death of Mrs. Tress, at her residence in Peel-street on Friday. The deceased lady was 78 years of age, the greater portion of her life having been spent in Bathurst. Yesterday her funeral was largely attended to the Bathurst cemetery. Mrs. Tress was a sister of the late Mr. C. W. Croaker, and Mr. Thomas Croaker, who is still living. The names of her children embrace the Rev. J. B. Tress, late of Balmain, and now of Woolloomooloo, and Mrs. P. Scarr of Sydney, and Mrs. W. J. Croaker of Bathurst.
