Biography

Born Florence Elizabeth Crofutt, daughter of Charles Henry Crofutt and and Hattie Crofutt, was born 3 Dec 1903, at Roaring Branch, Tioga Co., PA. ^[1] She would later be called "Flo" and "Polly"

Marriage Flo married Milton "Milt" Wilcox Bishop 5 Jun 1920, in Elmira, Chemung Co., New York at Trinity Church by Rev. Henry Hubbard. ^[2]

Baptism: She was baptized 31 Jul 1921 at Grace Church in Elmira, New York. This was not until after the birth of her first child. ^[3]

Died Polly died 23 Mar 1988, at Avon Park, Highlands Co., Florida. ^[4]

A memorial Service was held Friday March 25 1988, at 2PM, at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, in Avon Park.^[5] She was cremated and her remains were buried at Lakeview Memorial, Avon Park, Highlands, Florida.^[4]
