Biography

She married John Fawcett June 19, 1901. She was 23 and he was 24. He was from Chesley, Ont. but was born in Kingston on Thames, England. His parents were Henry Fawcett and Mary Haines or Hines.

She died a couple of years after her marriage on Con. 1, lot 31, Morris Twp., Huron Co. Ontario. Morris Twp. is just east of Goderich, Ontario . She suffered from phthisis or consumption ( pulmonary tuberculosis or a similar progressive systemic disease) for 10 months when she died in 1903.

john remarried July 27, 1904 to Florence Ward. She was born in Collingwood and living in Owen Sound at the time of the marriage. He was a station agent in Londesboro, Ontario.
