Justice was born in 1880 in Elkhart, Indiana, the son of Clarence M. Currier and Adella C. Drake. He married, in 1912, to Christena E. Sphung He passed away in 1945 and is buried with his wife at Highland Cemetery, North Judson, Starke County, Indiana.
