Jean[1] Currier was the daughter of John and Jennie (Hill) Currier, and the sister of Madeline, Helen, Frank, Alfred, Donald, Richard, Hazel, Margaret, and Fred. Her father was a farmer and a painter in Coos County, New Hampshire. Jean married Winston Martin in 1949. Their children were Beth, George, and Rosemary.
