Biography

Serena was born in 1840 in Georgia to Manley Isham Davis and Caroline Ogden. She married at age 16 and by 1860 had moved to Alabama. The 1870 US Census lists the family living in Arkansas, where she spent the rest of her life. Serena passed away in 1911 at 71 years old.
