DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Edward by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Edward:

Dehaven-132 appears to be the same individual except there is a significant difference in the dates of death, so I did not complete the merge.

Dehaven-139 and Dehaven-132 appear to represent the same person because: Identical person

Note: Dehaven-132 cannot possibly have the right death date. Edward Dehaven personally applied for a pension in 1820. Please delete the death date and merge profiles.

Dehaven-139 and Dehaven-132 are not ready to be merged because: Death dates are to far apart.

Dehaven-139 and Dehaven-132 are not ready to be merged because:

The mother first needs to be merged. I will request De_Op_Graef-1 be merged with Op_den_Graef-7.

Dehaven-139 and Dehaven-132 appear to represent the same person because: The correct death date is in Dehaven-139. The 1804 death date was that of his wife Rebecca. This is confirmed through 1840 census and 1818(?) pension request from Edward Dehaven.

Dehaven-139 and Dehaven-132 are not ready to be merged because: Death dates do not match and other information is conflicting.

Dehaven-139 and Dehaven-132 appear to represent the same person because: The SAR and DAR seem to agree that Edward Dehaven matches Dehaven-139 and -132 with the exception of date of death. Dehaven-132 seems to have Edward's wife, Rebecca's date of death. If you Google Edward Dehaven 1757, you get lots of references. Edward Dehaven 1804 gets you his wife Rebecca.
