Biography

Benjamin was born in March 19, 1849 in what was then Newton County, Georgia, later Rockdale County, Georgia. [1]>He was the son of John Dennard and Arminda Thrower.

Benjamin married first Susan Almand on November 3, 1870 in Newton County, Georgia. [2] They were the parents of: Zachariah Dennard; Robert Lee Dennard; Minnie (Dennard) Milton; Susie (Dennard) Duke; Benjamin Dennard, and John I. Dennard.

Benjamin married second Lula Slaughter on February 28, 1885 in Fulton County, Georgia. [3] They were the parents of Earnest Dennard.

Benjamin passed away in Mar 24,1919 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. [4]
