Jane Denny is mentioned in her father's Will as "under-aged", a minor under 18.
In summary her Father's Will reads: DENNY, EDWARD, " Traly," co. Kerry, Esq. 6 Sept. 1709. p. , 19 June 1710. Wife Mary Denny. Brother Barry Denny. Son Edward Brothers-in-law Samuel and Barry Baynard, Cousin Barry Denny. Daughter Jane (under 18). Sons-in-law Thomas Crosby, William Sprigge, Esq.
Witnesses : Thomas Sheiriliff, Richard Keefe, Derby Sulevan, aII of Traly. Memorial witnessed by : B. Denny, Thos. Crosbie, Thos. Connor, Dublin, Esq. [signed by] Mary Denny (seal)[1]
