Biography

The son of John Dixon Sr and Evarine (Buck) Dixon, John Dixon was born in Dalhart, Texas[citation needed] in 1914,[1] residing there with his family.[2][3] John Dixon married Frances Josephine Kirk (1911-1994), the daughter of Frank Kirk and Sylvia Kristufek, marrying on Christmas Day of 1933.[citation needed]

They made their home in Phoenix, Arizona, where John worked as a buyer at a retail grocery store.[4] By 1950, John worked in Phoenix as a farm produce commission merchant.[5] He later moved to Peoria, Arizona,[6] retiring to Sun City, Arizona.

John Dixon passed away in Sun City, Arizona[7][8] at the age of 93 and is buried at Green Acres Memorial Park in Scottsdale, Arizona.[9]
