OFTEN CONFUSED with the John Dodson, Sr. of Charles County, Maryland who married Leticia and died by 1735. However, this person's son, John Jr. was still alive in 1773 when he was named in the will of his brother, Walter.
Was the father of John Dodson (d. 1736 Calvert Co., MD) actually named John and/or actually ever in colonial Maryland?
