The Phillip Doss married to Priscilla "Celia" (Reed) Doss was N0T Phillip Valorius Doss. Those two men were probably cousins and are mixed up frequently. The father of Phillip Doss born around 1803 in NC was Zachariah "Zacheus" Doss. This Phillip followed his brother, James, to Logan County, VA (now WV), sometime after the 1850 census, but before the 1860 census. Phillip's brothers were James A., Isham, William (or Martin or William Martin), Jesse, Mastin, and Thomas J. You do have the correct children of Phillip and Priscilla Doss listed. Phillip and Celia were in Floyd County, VA, in the 1840 census, in Giles County, VA, in the 1850 census, and in Boone County, VA, in the 1860 census.
