Ann Draper was born on 12 Apr 1812, and christened on 26 Apr 1812 at Rainford Chapel of Ease in the parish of Prescot, Lancashire. She was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Draper. Her family's address was recorded as Eccleston.
Ann married Thomas Parr on 13 Jan 1833 at St James' Church in Liverpool, Lancashire. Both were of the local parish and neither had been married before; Thomas was a farmer. The witnesses were Job Broom and Mary Brown.
By June 6th 1841, they were living in Eccleston; Thomas was an agricultural labourer. Mary Draper, Ann's mother, was living with them.
