Biography
Samuel Francis "Frank" Duff was one of the several children born to James Madison Duff and his bride Mary Frances Bone. Born in Texas in 1890, he married Grace W. ( maiden name unknown) and they settled in Oklahoma, where their children were born ( Lonnie G. Duff, bc 1914 and Lois M. Duff, bc 1916).
