Margaret Olgivy (1796 MO) in Howard Missouri. This is thought to be Margaret (Peggy) Doyle that married 2nd William C Barnes: (5 Apr 1819 — Age: 23) ,Howard, MO (Charles and Margaret had a son Peter b about 1812-1814 m Melissa Ann Avera; reportedly also a daughter Isabelle b prior to 1818.
The daughter of James Ogilvy (1743) and Helen Lindsay (1747) of Angus Scotlandwas in Scotland to at least 1814 and did marry a Charles Duncan. While they had children all b Scotland, it is unlikely they are related to the Warren KY or Missouri Duncan's. It would appear that the Margaret Olgivy m Duncan and Barnes should be b for a U.S. Duncan vs a Scotland Duncan.
