Peter Dutoit of Moudon in Suisse, now of King William Parish in the county of Henrico to wife Barbara, the plantation whereon I now live for her life, containing 61 acres, between John Jouany and Stephen Chastain with 400 acres on the Great Branch of Monockin upper creek and 400 acres on the same branch joining the above.To daughters Elizabeth Dutoit, eldest daughter, the home plantation after my wife's death; to youngest daughter Mary Ann Dutoit, 300 acres situated as above; to son Isaac Dutoit, a plantation of 400 acres on Manockin Upper Creek; to nephew Anthony Bennin, 100 acres in the same tract (as my daughter Mayan's) after my wife's death; to sister-in-law Jeanne Sobrish, a cow and a calf.
