Edmund J Dutton was the son of Alexander and Elizabeth Dutton. It is believed that he was first wed to Susan J. Montgomery on 28 Sept 1881 in Lawrence, Alabama. Not much is known of that relationship. He married to Mary Ann Priddy on 13 Sept. 1885 in Lawrence, Alabama and relocated with the Priddy Family from Alabama to south west Texas ending up in Zavala County, Texas where this marriage ended sometime after the birth of their son Charles Oscar Dutton, between 1888 and 1893.
He married (3) Mrs. Mary Jane (Odom) Netherlain.
He died in Russellville, Franklin County, Alabama, on 30 Mar 1941.
