Research Note

Drusilla Eddy Bassett was supposedly buried in the Loomis-Bassett Cemetery on Chubb Hollow Rd., Barrington, Yates County, New York. However, Find-A-Grave notes that this cemetery is abandoned and there is no longer any trace of its existence. The last map showing its location was an 1865 map of Barrington Township. The cemetery area is on private property and not accessible to the public. ^[1]
