Biography

William Errington was baptised in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, England on September 26, 1592. He was the son of William Errington and Isabel (Unknown) Errington. [1]

William was apprenticed as a tanner in 1617, but must have become a freeman soon, as he married Ann Liddell September 16, 1619 at All Saints, Newcastle. She was probably the daughter of John Liddell. [1] [4]

William died after April 14, 1634, the date of his brother Anthony's will, as he is not referred to in the will as deceased. [1]

Following his death, His widow Ann, together with their children, migrated to Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, arriving in 1638. [1] [2] [3]
