Biography
Hugh is entered in the parish register for baptism on 7th August, 1743. it states that he is the son of Jenkin Evans of Ty'n y pwll and his wife Margaret. Jenkin's wife at this time was Catherine. He did however, marry Margaret Cadwaladr in 1762.
