Biography
Rachel was born in 1680. She is the daughter of James Fales and Ann Brock. She passed away in 1749. [1]
Rachel was married to John Wilkinson of Attleboro, Bristol, Massachusetts. She was still living at the time of her husband's death. Abstracts of Bristol County Massachusetts Probate Records, 1687-1745, (p. 138), has the following information regarding John Wilkinson:
- Div. of widow’s thirds of Est. of JOHN WILKINSON of Attl. to his widow Rachel Wilkinson, dtd. 21 May 1726. Comm. George Leonard, John Skinner, William Richardson, James Tiffiny & Seth Richardson [5:316].
- Order to confer remaining 2/3 of Est. of JOHN WILKINSON of Attl. upon his son John Wilkinson, he to make paym. to the other chldn: Joseph (under 21), Hipzebeth, Abigail, Hannah, Mary, Sarah & Rachel Wilkinson (all under 18 & unmar.). Consent given by Rachel Wilkinson guard. of Mary & Sarah & by Joseph Cowel guard. of Joseph and Rachel, dtd. 16 Aug. 1726. Comm: George Leonard & William Richardson [5:316/7/8].

I edited this profile to remove link to Wilkinson-2119 as her spouse. While she was married to a John Wilkinson, it was not the John Wilkinson of Pennsylvania. Births of children and probate records for John Wilkinson all point to the John Wilkinson who resided in Bristol County, Massachusetts.
