Luke Foley was born in 1821 in Knox, Kentucky, United States. His parents were Spencer Foley (1785 - 1850) and Nancy (Rector) Foley (1790 - 1855). He married Margaret Katherine Campbell in about 1842. He passed away about 1910.
Luke died in February 28, 1910 in Knox aged ~88.[1]
