Biography

John was born 19 October 1914 in Lents, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.^[1] He was the son of John Leybrun Fowler and Harriet Blaine Minsinger.

He married Elenore Lorraine Grob on 21 August 1948 in Yuma, Arizona.^[2]

John died 26 November 2005 in Kelso, Cowlitz County, Washington,^[3] and he is buried there with Elenore in Rose Valley Cemetery.^[4]
