Biography
Priscilla Jane Frasher was born 20 February 1842 in Giles County, Virginia, to Creed T. Frazier and Charlotte Mullins. She married James Washington Cook 12 April 1867 in Giles County, Virginia.[1] She died 6 September 1908 in Kanawha County, West Virginia. She is buried in Dudding Cemetery, Kanawha County, West Virginia.[2]
