Biography
James H. Frasher was born 1 August 1836 in Giles County, Virginia, to Creed T. Frasher and Charlotte Mullins. He married Nancy V. Martin on 12 January 1860 in Giles County, Virginia.[1] He died 14 April 1912 in Jackson County, West Virginia, and is buried in Mount Olive Cemetery.[2]
