Biography
Dallas was born in 1908. He was the son of William Frasher and Ellen Adkins. He passed away in 1999. Dallas was an ordained minister in 1951 into Old Bethlehem Association of United Baptist. During his ministry he preached many sermons, performed marriages and baptisms throughout Wayne County, West Virginia, USA.
