Biography

Youngea FRAZIER was born about November 1857 in Wayne County, Virginia. He was the son of William D. FRASHER and Margaret NAPIER.

He was married on 24 April 1891 in Wayne County, West Virginia to Amy "Oma or Naoma" ADKINS.[1] The marriage took place at the house of Canaan ADKINS.

Amy "Oma or Naoma" ADKINS was born about November 1876 in Wayne County, West Virginia.[2], [3]
