Biography

Edgar was born in 1893. He was the son of George Snyder Freeman and Alice Harlow of Sable River, Nova Scotia[1] [2] [3]

In 1919, he married Ethel (Andrews) Trefry, widow of Bert Trefry[4] [5]. They did not have children.

Circa 1924, they moved to New England[6] [7]

They were divorced, likely some time after the 1930 Census, when he was enumerated as a single person, then his marital status changed to married, but he was not living with his wife[8]. She was enumerated as a widow in Syracuse NY[9].

In 1936, he remarried Hilda Davis, daughter of MIchael Davis and Olive Huskins, also of Nova Scotia[10]. No children are noted in these sources.

He passed away about 1943[11]
