Biography

Charles was born in 1858, the son of Elam French and Louise Potwine. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}

He married on 10 May 1882 at Vermont to Minnie L. Page, daughter of Sardine S. Page and Emma Cook, ^[5] and they had children: ^{[6] [7]}
