Biography

Joseph Mundy Gilbert was born on December 27, 1876, in Norcross, Georgia, to Jasper Gilbert and Hannah Davis. He died on January 22, 1949, in Hague, Florida, at the age of 72, and was buried in North Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Santa Fe, Alachua County, Florida, United States. [1]

Joseph Mundy Gilbert married Martha Jane Dukes in Bradford, Florida, on August 12, 1900.[2]
